UAE introduces new direct flights from Sharjah International Airport to Sphinx International Airport starting December 6

Affordable airline Air Arabia, headquartered in Sharjah, just announced service to Giza City in Egypt. Five times a week beginning on December 6, 2023, Air Arabia will fly directly between Sharjah International Airport (SHJ) and Sphinx International Airport (SPX) in Giza, which is on the western fringes of Cairo.

Air Arabia Expands Its Reach with the New Sharjah to Giza Flight Route

Air Arabia's new route from Sharjah to Giza City is the airline's fourth stop in Egypt. As of the now, the airline operates out of three airports in Egypt: Cairo International Airport, Borg Al-Arab International Airport, and Sohag International Airport.

Adel Al Ali, CEO of Air Arabia Group, expressed the airline's commitment to offering passengers seamless connectivity, convenience, and an exceptional air travel experience. The launch of the SHJ-SPX route underlines Air Arabia's continuous efforts to expand its network and cater to the diverse travel needs of its passengers.

The newly introduced flights will be available for bookings on the Air Arabia website, through the airline's call center, and via authorized travel agencies. With this addition, Air Arabia aims to enhance the convenience and choices for travelers by connecting Sharjah to the historic city of Giza.

Expanded Egyptian Network

The five weekly flights, scheduled on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, will provide a valuable and efficient travel option for passengers looking to explore the historical and cultural wonders of Giza City, including its famous landmarks such as the Giza Pyramids and the Sphinx.

Air Arabia's expansion of its flight network reflects its commitment to facilitating regional and international travel while maintaining affordable and accessible air travel options. The new route further strengthens Air Arabia's position as a key player in the low-cost airline industry and reinforces its status as a preferred choice for travelers seeking reliable, cost-effective flights across various destinations in the Middle East and beyond.
