Urgent warning from the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation for these facilities to protect their workers

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation has warned establishments that work in open sites against ignoring posting schedules for daily working hours (morning and evening), in prominent places in work sites, and in a language that the worker understands (in addition to Arabic).

And she stressed the need for each period not to exceed eight working hours, as part of the commitment to implement the decision to ban the performance of work under the sun in open places, which ended the first month of its implementation amid great commitment and discipline from employers.

According to the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, every facility that does not comply with the terms and conditions of the decision to ban the performance of work at noon shall be penalized with a fine of 5,000 dirhams for each worker, with a maximum of 50,000 dirhams, in addition to stopping the file of the violating facility or lowering its classification in the approved establishment classification system. With the Ministry based on the severity of the violation committed.

She pointed out that it allows establishments that violate the decision to file a grievance within 10 days from the date of imposing the violation, by submitting an application with documents.
