Over 80 firms in the manufacturing, technology, and service industries are offering more than 800 opportunities to Emirati job seekers during the second edition of the Industrialists Career Exhibition in Abu Dhabi.
The Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT), in collaboration with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization (Mohre), the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council (Nafis), and ADNOC Group, organized this exhibition, which resulted in the provision of more than 500 employment opportunities to Emiratis during its first edition.
As a component of the National In-Country Value (ICV) Programme, the collaboration intends to create employment possibilities for nationals as well as empower and improve the skills of qualified individuals. Talented nationals receive immediate employment offers and training opportunities at some of the country's most prestigious training centers. Additional goals of the show include the creation of 150 jobs for people who are determined.

We encourage residents of the United Arab Emirates to attend the Abu Dhabi employment fair.
Omar Al Suwaidi, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Industrial Affairs and Trade, emphasized that the exhibition is an integrated platform that brings together corporations, training institutes, and Emirati job seekers with the intention of filling vacancies in local industrial companies.
"We encourage Emiratis to attend the expo, investigate the diverse range of employment options, and take advantage of the training opportunities that will open up new avenues for professional development and employment opportunities." As a result of this initiative, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) is stronger in its attempts to become a global center for innovative and sustainable industries.
These industries are among the most significant strategic sectors that contribute to the country's gross domestic product (GDP), according to Al Suwaidi.
According to Al Suwaidi, the objective of the program is to create more than 1,000 new work possibilities before the year officially comes to a close.
The exhibition aims to enhance the role of the private sector and national talent in the expansion of the United Arab Emirates' economy, aligning with the goals of the National Strategy for Industry and Advanced Technology, Operation 300 billion, the National ICV Program, and the Make it in the Emirates initiative.
There is still time to see the exhibition at the Abu Dhabi Energy Centre until Wednesday (9 a.m. to 4 p.m.).
