For passengers flying from India, Emirates Airlines has an exclusive arrangement with the Global Visa Center «VFS Global» that allows them to get a pre-approved visa before they arrive at the airport.
The entry visa is valid for one month and can be obtained at the Dubai Center for Visas Transactions (DVPC). This program aims to streamline the admission process for Emirates Airlines dealers, allowing them to avoid long lines upon arriving in Dubai. "Emirates Airlines" has announced that passengers can book their flights on the airline's website (Emirates.com) or through qualified travel agencies. Furthermore, by utilizing the "Reservations Management/ Travel Procedures" section of EMIRATES.COM, visitors can access the "Submit an application for an entry visa to the United Arab Emirates" link. This will redirect them to the UAE visa requests page, which is backed by "VFS Global"services. Here, all the necessary requirements, conditions, and other details are laid out to make the application process easier.
In a statement, the General Administration of Residence and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai clarified that this service is only offered to Indian passport holders with a six-month visa.
