The Dubai Police General Command will be showcasing 8 services at the Arabian Travel Market 2024 event, starting tomorrow, Monday, at the Dubai World Trade Center. This participation aims to promote its services to tourists and visitors in the Emirate of Dubai.

Brigadier Hareb Al Shamsi, Acting Director of the General Department of Criminal Investigations and Investigations at Dubai Police, stated that Dubai Police is committed to participating in the Arabian Travel Market exhibition on a yearly basis. This exhibition is one of the largest in the world and features a select group of companies and experts in the travel and tourism industry. Dubai Police sees this as a valuable opportunity to engage with industry professionals. The objective is to promote Dubai Police services to tourists and visitors, making it easier for them to access these services and enhancing their tourism experience without any hindrances.

The individual observed that the sense of security and safety experienced by tourists and visitors is crucial for the growth of the tourism industry. As a result, Dubai Police is committed to promoting awareness of its services and communication channels through smart and electronic platforms. This approach aims to enhance accessibility and expedite response times.

According to Brigadier General Khalfan Al-Jallaf, the Director of the Tourism Police Department, the platform offers 8 services related to the tourism sector. These services include the tourist police service, the Sail Safely service, the Dubai Police Virtual Museum, the Esaad Card Center services, electronic games, a classic patrol parade, the Ramadan cannon, and the inauguration of new services during the exhibition. Additionally, the platform raises awareness about the lost and found service and the services of the Smart Police Station "SPS" through workshops conducted in both Arabic and English throughout the exhibition.

He emphasized that the Dubai Police General Command is actively working to continuously improve the security work system by enhancing the services it offers to different customer groups. The command is also committed to anticipating future needs in the field and developing advanced services and programs that align with global advancements in the tourism security sector.
