In 2022, Gulf Bank of Kuwait launched the latest version of its applications on smartphones, as a means of completing its plans for digital transformation, within its 2025 strategy, and its continuous endeavor to improve the customer experience.
The new application has created a unique shift in the customer experience, as it includes many different banking services, in addition to facilitating the stages of banking transactions, and is available to everyone, everywhere and at any time, through a simple, fast and secure interface.
Gulf Bank's mobile application announced a number of high-quality banking services as follows,- The ability to increase the daily limit on transfers, as well as switch the screen mode to dark mode, to provide more privacy when browsing the application near other people.
Badr Al-Ali, Deputy General Manager at Al-Khaleej, said that the (Al-Khaleej) application provides a unique banking experience for customers, adding that the application includes many features and services, and provides these advantages through a smart user interface to keep pace with the individual requirements of each customer, and is able to meet the aspirations of Customers in a jiffy.
Al-Ali indicated that the application will enable the customer to increase the daily limit on local and international transfers, via the phone or within the bank via the application in quick, easy and simple steps, provided that approval is obtained within 24 hours.
Registration on the application:
1. Click on Create a new user.
2. Enter your civil ID number.
3. Complete your account numbers.
4. Enter the number you received via text message.
5. Choose your username and password.
6. Choose security questions.
7. Choose the security image.
8. Write a description of the image you chose.
Increase the minimum transfer limit:
1. Log in to the application.
2. Then click on Profile Settings.
3. Click on “My Limits” and “Change Limit”.
4. The customer chooses from 4 packages: “Basic”, “Standard”, “Premium”, and “VIP”.
5. Finally, a message appears to the customer confirming that the minimum has been changed.
Al-Ali concluded by saying that the new version of the bank’s mobile application represents a qualitative shift in the customer experience, affecting the various services provided by the bank and all stages of banking transactions, and is available to everyone, everywhere and at any time, through a simple, fast and secure interface.
