According to a survey that was just released, the real estate website known as "property finder" observed seven different places that had rental prices that are more affordable than average.

The following localities were listed on the list: "Deira", "International City", "Satwa", "Al Qusais", "remram," "Dubai South", and "Dubai Production City".

District "Deira"

According to the report, the "Deira" area is the oldest commercial district in Dubai; it is one of the most sought-after areas for housing and stability, as it includes many prosperous neighbourhoods and residential communities such as "Port said", "Naif", and "Raqqa Al Bateen." The report also stated that the "Deira" area is famous for its heritage history; it is the oldest commercial district in Dubai.

The annual rental value of a "studio" in Deira is around 28,000 dirhams, the annual rental value of an apartment with one bedroom and a lounge is 46,000 dirhams, the annual rental worth of an apartment with two bedrooms and a lounge is 65,000 dirhams, and the annual rental value of an apartment with three bedrooms is 95,000 dirhams.

The "studio" category of rentals in this neighbourhood start at AED 50,000 per year on average, while a room and lounge apartment goes for AED 70,000, and a two-bedroom apartment with lounge goes for AED 90,000.

The Al Qusais neighbourhood is one of the oldest neighbourhoods in Dubai. It is distinguished by low-rise and medium-rise structures, in addition to a number of residential complexes. Additionally, the neighbourhood is segmented into "residential" and "industrial" districts.

The annual rental value of a "studio" apartment in the area is around 29 thousand dirhams, the value of an apartment with one bedroom and a lounge is 39 thousand dirhams, the value of an apartment with two bedrooms and a lounge is 48 thousand dirhams, and the value of an apartment with three bedrooms and a lounge is approximately 60 thousand dirhams.

The area of remram

"Remram" is comprised of two distinct regions, each of which contains residential towers. The presence of high-end residential developments offering spacious apartments has contributed to the neighborhood's increased appeal to families.

The average rental value of an apartment in the "studio" category in "remram" is approximately 34 thousand dirhams per year, the average rental value of an apartment consisting of a bedroom and a lounge is 47 thousand dirhams, the average rental value of an apartment consisting of two bedrooms and a lounge is 76.5 thousand dirhams, and the average rental value of an apartment consisting of three bedrooms and a lounge is 115 thousand dirhams.

Dubai South

"Dubai South" is one of the cities that was developed in order to bring Dubai City's vision for the future into fruition. In addition to being located in close proximity to Al Maktoum International Airport, it provides a variety of cutting-edge services.

Dubai Production City

The "Dubai Production City" is distinguished by the fact that it is governed by the free investment law, and it is positioned only a few minutes away from the "Dubai Sports City."

The annual rental value of a "studio" apartment in the city is around AED 33,000, the annual rental value of an apartment with one bedroom and a lounge is approximately AED 48,000, the annual rental worth of an apartment with two rooms and a lounge is approximately AED 60,000, and the annual rental value of an apartment with three rooms and a lounge is approximately AED 72,000.
