A recent report by Bayut.com lists the five best residential areas for renting a studio in Dubai for less than 4,000 dirhams per month.

The most sought-after areas for housing in Dubai

The report showed that the Jumeirah Village Circle region topped the searches with a total of 26.83%, followed by the Deira region with a rate of 26.12%, while the Bur Dubai region came in third place, accounting for 17.92% of the searches.

According to the report, the International City region came fourth with a rate of 17.80%, while the Dubai South region ranked fifth with a rate of 11.34%.

Average monthly rent value in Dubai

Bur Dubai ranked third in terms of the best areas to rent a studio for less than 4,000 dirhams per month, as the area abounds with the diversity of residential properties and their availability in different sizes.

You can rent a studio in Bur Dubai at an average of 2,750 dirhams per month. As for the average annual rent; It may reach about 33 thousand dirhams.

International City

International City, which is located in the Al Warsan area, includes residential complexes that include low-rise buildings. It offers studio units for rent with an average rent starting from 1900 dirhams, while the average annual rent is 23 thousand dirhams.

Dubai South

Dubai South is one of the most integrated areas in Dubai, as it hosts many events and exhibitions. Such as the Dubai Airshow, as well as the Dubai World Central International Airport.

The average rent for a studio in Dubai South is about 2,100 dirhams per month, while the average annual rent is 25,000 dirhams.
